Kelley, Heidi.jpeg

Jennifer Bove

Since her entry into Real Estate in 2001, she has been a strong advocate for comprehensive education in the field of real estate.  Jennifer insists that a true professional is one that knows the industry inside and out.  Throughout the years, she has conducted her business in an educated, professional manner, both with clients and fellow real estate associates.  When working with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in North Kingstown, she participated in Home Buyer Seminars at American Power Conversion in South Kingstown, helping to educate APC employees on the intricacies of buying real estate in Rhode Island.

In 2006, she was hired by Prudential Gammons Realty to be a Manager for their Exeter office and Trainer for the entire company.  During her years there, she conducted many separate 10-week training series for new and experienced agents, a program which included one-on-one coaching and sales meetings. In 2002, Jenn earned the Rookie of the Year Award from Coldwell Banker Residential. In 2011, Jennifer was honored at the REALTOR of the Year for the Kent Washington Association of REALTORS.

Rhonda Mesenbourg

With nearly a decade and a half in the real estate industry, Rhonda Mesenbourg understands what a life-changing event buying or selling a home can be. She and her team make it their business to get to know well the clients whose lives are about to change. Viewing the transaction from the clients’ point of view is extremely important. Her philosophy is to treat clients like they’re family, and leaving no stone unturned to make sure they reach their goal of buying, selling, or investing in real estate.

Rhonda brings that same experience, passion and drive to her role as Team Leader at Keller William Coastal both as an influencer in the Realtor community, and as a business coach to agents inside and outside of the Keller Williams Coastal family. In her role as a business consultant she enjoys working with agents for them to see the potential of their dreams and goals and create their Life By Design and then act upon it and create the action plan that will bring it to life. She dedicates her time to supporting agents’ businesses on every level and enjoys the relationships that naturally come from those experiences.

Rhonda has always been committed to the welfare of her community, and currently serves as the chair of the  Education Committees and a board member with the Newport County Board.  She’s also enjoyed volunteering with The Warm Center, a homeless shelter in Westerly.

When she gets some time to herself, Rhonda spends it with family. She enjoys going to the beach and listening to the surf, as well keeping active through running and cycling.

Looking forward, Rhonda is excited to continue to grow both personally and professionally and serve her real estate clients, while consulting and mentoring agents so that they can successfully grow their own businesses to truly create their Life By Design in every facet.

Adam Dellemonico

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Roger Williams University in 2017. During that time, I worked in the finance industry and shortly after joined Movement in December of 2017. By 2019, I had exceeded $25 million in production placing myself in the top 1% of loan originators in the country.

In 2020, I was named Rhode Island’s #1 Purchase Lender, doing over $75 million in production, while also being named a Rising Star Mortgage Professional Award Winner and Movement Mortgage Changemaker in both 2020 & 2021.
