I have a full time job. Are the classes flexible?
Your first option of classes are 100% online with evening classes available on Mondays & Wednesdays 6pm - 9pm.

In-person SPANISH classes are held at:

Do I need to take this course to become a
Real Estate Agent?
Yes! This is an online real estate preparation course required to complete in order to obtain a real estate license. Once 45 hours of study/class time is completed, you can schedule your exam for your real estate license to become a RI Real Estate Sales Associate. There are classes online via Zoom, with evening classes available on Mondays & Wednesdays from 6pm - 9pm. There are also in-person SPANISH classes available on Wednesdays & Fridays from 6pm - 9pm.
How much is tuition?
The cost of tuition for the online ZOOM course is $299 while the in-person SPANISH class is $350. Both prices also include the book! Once registered, a hard copy of the book is available for pick-up or we can mail it to you with additional shipping fees. If you are ready, you can register here:
When does the next session start?
ENROLLMENT IS ONGOING- meaning you an start taking classes as soon as you are ready! We encourage you to start at a time that is most convenient to your schedule. This makes it more likely you will stick with it! Check out the ONLINE ZOOM SYLLABUS OR SPANISH SYLLABUS for info on what unit we are on now!
Are the classes recorded, so I can go at my own pace or watch them later if I miss a class?
All classes are live via Zoom or in-person (Spanish) and are NOT RECORDED. There are no make-up classes for a missed class.
What are the next steps after I complete this course?
From the RI Association of Realtors:
- Applicant must be at least 18 years old - ✅
- Completion of 45 hours of Sales Pre-license training - ✅
- 3 hours of Agency Law - ✅
- Completion of 3-hour Lead Paint Hazards/Awareness course
- A passing grade on the state licensing exam
