I have a full time job. Are the classes flexible?
Our classes are 100% online with evening classes available on Mondays & Wednesdays 6pm - 9pm.
Do I need to take this course to become a Real Estate Agent?
Yes! This is an online real estate preparation course required to complete in order to obtain a real estate license. Once 45 hours of study/class time is completed, you can schedule your exam for your real estate license to become a RI Real Estate Sales Associate. All classes are online via Zoom, with evening classes available on Monday & Wednesdays.
How much is tuition?
The cost of tuition for the course is $250 which also includes the book! Once registered, a hard copy of the book is available for pick-up or we can mail it to you with additional shipping fees.
When does the next session start?
We encourage you to start at a time that is most convenient to your schedule. This makes it more likely you will stick with it! Check out the SYLLABUS TAB for info on what unit we are on now! (All classes are live via Zoom and not recorded)
What are the next steps after this course is completed?
From the RI Association of Realtors:
- Applicant must be at least 18 years old - ✅
- Completion of 45 hours of Sales Pre-license training - ✅
- 3 hours of Agency Law - ✅
- Completion of 3-hour Lead Paint Hazards/Awareness course
- A passing grade on the state licensing exam
